Nicholas Baker is a Sr. Financial Analyst with the Corporate Capital Markets group of Newmark (NMRK). The Corporate Capital Markets group provides market leading advisory and execution for a wide variety of capital markets solutions for existing and planned single-tenant assets on behalf of M&A sponsors and portfolio companies, investment banks, corporate occupiers and developers, both private and institutional.

Prior to joining NMRK, Mr. Baker served as an Associate with Raymond James’ Corporate Real Estate Banking group based in St. Petersburg where he focused on CRE and REIT loan origination and buy-side syndications.
